There is no contact form on this site, on purpose: a form means a third-party script and a database of your messages. Email is better for both of us.
General, corrections, suggestions
What we especially want to hear
- Factual errors in a guide. Masonic custom varies enormously by jurisdiction and something written as general may be plainly wrong where you sit. Tell us which jurisdiction and what the correct practice is, and it gets fixed.
- A product attributed to the wrong body, or an emblem described incorrectly. These are the errors that matter most on a site like this.
- Dead or wrong links, listings that no longer exist, or prices that are wildly out of date.
- Gaps in the catalog. If there is an item Masons buy constantly and we do not list it, say so; the scout's search list is easy to extend.
- A guide we have not written. The question you could not find an answer to is probably the question a hundred other men could not find an answer to either.
Takedown and rights
For intellectual property claims. Include enough detail to identify the material and your basis for the claim, and we will address it promptly.
What we cannot help with
- Orders. We are not a merchant: we do not stock, ship, or sell anything, and we have no access to your Amazon order. Returns, refunds, shipping, and warranty claims all go to Amazon or the seller.
- Petitioning a Lodge. We cannot recommend you, sponsor you, or pass a petition along. Contact the Lodge directly: the how to join guide explains how to find and approach one.
- Verifying whether someone is a Mason, or whether a body is recognized. Your Grand Lodge's office handles both, and only they can answer authoritatively.
Response time
This is a small operation. Corrections get attention fastest; everything else gets read.
