Privacy Policy

Last updated 9 August 2026

Short version: this is a static website. We do not ask you for personal information, we do not have accounts, and we do not sell data. The longer version follows.

Who we are

All Things Masonic operates allthingsmasonic.com. For any privacy question, write tocontact@allthingsmasonic.com.

What we collect

Directly from you: nothing. There are no accounts, no logins, no newsletter, no comment system, and no forms on this site. If you email us, we obviously have your email; see below.

Automatically: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) in order to serve pages and to protect the site from abuse. This is ordinary server operation and Cloudflare processes it under its own terms as our infrastructure provider.

Analytics: as published, this site loads no analytics or advertising scripts at all. If privacy-respecting analytics are added in future, they will be loaded only after you accept via the cookie banner, and this page will be updated before that happens.

Cookies and local storage

The site stores exactly one item in your browser: your answer to the cookie banner, kept inlocalStorage under the key atm-consent. It records "accept" or "reject" and nothing else: no identifier, no profile. It is strictly necessary for remembering that you already answered.

Clearing your browser storage for this site removes it and the banner will ask again. Full detail on the cookie policy page.

When you leave for Amazon

Product links send you to Amazon.com with our Associates tag attached. Once you are on Amazon, Amazon's privacy policy governs, and Amazon will set its own cookies and process your data according to its own terms. We receive no personal information about you from Amazon; our reporting shows aggregate clicks, orders, and commissions, never who you are or what individual you bought.

Fonts

Typefaces are served from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request tofonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com when you load a page. Google receives your IP address as part of that request. If this concerns you, a content blocker will prevent it and the site remains fully readable in fallback typefaces.

If you email us

We keep your message and address for as long as needed to deal with it, and we do not add you to any list, because there is no list. We do not share it with anyone.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA or UK (GDPR): you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Given that we hold essentially none, most of these are trivially satisfied, but write to us and we will answer. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we never have. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.

Legal basis (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies: serving the site and protecting it from abuse rests on our legitimate interest in operating a functioning website. Anything non-essential rests on your consent, given through the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time by clearing site data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the "last updated" date at the top changes with it. Because this site does not have your email address, that date is the notification mechanism.
